Tickets for all Tech Port Center + Arena events are available for purchase on etix.com or by phone at 1-800-514-3849 – the official ticketing partner of the Tech Port Center + Arena. Tickets can also be purchased at the box office day of event.

Will Call Details 

Will Call tickets can be picked up from the box office 2 hours prior to showtime. Ticket purchasers must provide a picture ID, confirmation number and credit card used for the purchase when picking up their tickets.  

What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed? 

  • Cancelled Shows: Ticket holders for a cancelled event will automatically receive a refund on their order. This refund could take up to 30 days from the date the show has been announced as cancelled.  
  • Postponed Shows: For events that have been postponed, ticket holders will have the ability to request a refund 30 DAYS after the rescheduled date has been publicly announced. All Etix ticket buyers will receive an email once a rescheduled date has been announced. If a customer chooses not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date once it is rescheduled. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. 
  • Rescheduled Shows: For events that have been rescheduled, ticket holders will have a 30-day window from the date a new show date has been announced. If a customer chooses not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date once it is rescheduled. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. 

**Please note this is a general policy. Each event will be different, all Etix customers will be notified via email of the policy as it pertains to that event. **  

**For customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner**

Ticket Policy

E-tix is the only authorized ticket-seller of Tech Port Center + Arena.

All sales are FINAL. There are NO Exchanges or refunds. Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket to enter (unless otherwise advertised). Check event info for any age restriction regarding a specific event.

 

Tech Port Arena is not responsible for damaged or stolen tickets. For lost tickets, contact the box office or email support@etix.com.

If a guest purchases tickets from a secondary ticket market or third-party website (ticket brokers, Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, Facebook, etc.) there is a risk that the tickets may be fraudulent. Fraudulent tickets will NOT be honored, and the ticket holder may be turned away.

PLEASE NOTE: Tech Port Center + Arena is not responsible for tickets purchased from other online sources. Tickets purchased from other sources may be invalid, more expensive, and/or ineligible for assistance. Tech Port Center + Arena is not able to honor, replace, or refund any invalid tickets. Guests with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase replacement tickets at the Tech Port Center + Arena Box Office based on ticket availability.
